Jeff Irwin, a Board of Directors Member for the Heart of Texas Builders Association, joined the Association in 2015 and later joined the Board in 2018. He is a HOTBA Past President and State Director.
In 1991, Jeff graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing. One of his proudest accomplishments was being awarded Builder of the Year in 2022.
Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Gina.
