Phil Gordon serves as counsel to the Heart of Texas Builders Association and as a member of its Board of Directors.
Phil is the founder of Consilia Law, PLLC, a Central Texas-based law practice serving builders, developers, and contractors along the Central Texas I-35 corridor. Before returning to Texas, he spent a decade in Washington, D.C., where his practice included federal and state regulatory work, PAC representation, and trial and appellate litigation up through the Supreme Court of the United States. He holds a Master of Science in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Baylor Law School, and holds law licenses in Texas, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Away from the office, Phil enjoys life in Waco with his wife Jamie and their two rescue dogs, Kit and Nugget.
