Phillip Perkins is a Heart of Texas Builders Association Board of Directors member. He joined the Association in 1983 and joined the Board in 1984, where he is currently serving as Secretary.
He received his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Midwestern State University in 1979 and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking of the South, Louisiana State University in 1998.
Phillip is a Life Director for the Texas Association of Builders. He is also a Director for the Northwest Optimist Club of Waco and serves on the Volunteer Services Council for Waco Center for Youth. In his spare time, he loves to golf, and it’s on his bucket list to go on an Alaskan Cruise.
